  Registration Forms

Learn-to-Skate, Hockey Skating, and Figure Skating classes for skaters in Juneau, Alaska.  For information about classes, see FAQ.

Print a registration form for classes by clicking on:  Hockey Skating

                             For Figure Skating registration forms, contact the  Figure Skating Coordinator.  

                                                                                                                 

Print and fill out the first page of the form, keep the schedule and information sheet as a reminder, then:

• Drop off check or cash with registration form, and place it in the red box at the rink, or

• Mail to Juneau Skating Club - P.O. Box 240426 - Douglas, AK  99824, or

• Bring check or cash to the first day of class, with the registration form, or

• Pay by  credit card at Play It Again Sports with registration form--only available during January.

MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO JUNEAU SKATING CLUB
ONLY CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT Play It Again Sports

Play it Again Sports will only accept credit card payments during the month of March 2008.
