Each session runs for 6 weeks, and the cost for the classes for each session is as follows:
- Basic Skills: $80, minus $10 discount if you register more than 2 days before classes start
- Hockey Skating Skills: $80, minus $10 discount if you register more than 2 days before classes start
- Figure Skating: $80, minus $5 discount if you are a paid member of the Juneau Skating Club
Starting in 2009-2010, we are moving to an online registration system that will save time for everyone involved, streamline the process of keeping track of registration information for the club, and make it easy to pay with both electronic funds transfers and with credit cards. To use the new system, first review the Classes that are available and choose an appropriate level, and then go to our online registration site to sign up and pay. The online registration system calculates the cost of the classes, applies any discounts, and allows you to pay through the PayPal system.
At that site, you will need to create a different account for each skater you wish to register, and then use that account to register the skater. During the registration process you will choose your classes, and then you will be directed to PayPal to make your payment. If you would like to use your bank account, you can create a PayPal account which can be used to pay the registration fees. Alternatively, if you'd like to pay with a credit card, PayPal gives you that option as well.
We are offering a discount this year for Baskic Skills skaters who register 2 or more days before the session starts, so be sure to register soon. The registration site automatically includes the discount if you register before the deadline. See the registration site for details.
